MADISON, Wis.– John Henry, senior vice president, MEMBERS Financial Services, Sales, resigned on Aug. 23.
Steve Dowden was named interim leader. Dowden will also have responsibility for executive benefits and long-term care sales. A division of CUNA Mutual Group, MEMBERS Financial provides personal financial management services for credit union members.
In 2000, Henry was named CEO of MEMBERS Development Co., an entity formed by 37 credit unions and CUSOs to expand member services and relationships throughout the industry. Henry was also instrumental in the launch of MEMBERS Trust Co.
