|“Once we sell our existing property in Tallahassee, we will seesignificant savings,” said LSCU & Affiliates President/CEOPatrickLa Pine. “We signed a new lease for our Birmingham (Alabama)office that downsizes our existing space and provides a betterrate. These two moves will show about $2 million in savings overseven years.”
|The Birmingham office will also see leaseholder improvements bythe end of the first quarter of 2014. The new LSCU & Affiliatesoffice's address is 3692 Coolidge Court, Tallahassee, FL 32311.
