Corporate Central Credit Union held its annual meeting Thursday in Waukesha, Wis., where Chairman Greg Hilbert and President/CEO Robert W. Fouch reported that in 2012 the corporate credit union was able to continue add to retained earnings and build on its capital position.
In a press release Corporate Central said it now exceeds all regulatory requirements under the NCUA corporate credit union regulations.
More than 70 members attended the meeting.
“Your commitment and support have positioned us well for the future,” Fouch said. “This means that we are able to focus our resources on serving you, developing new services, improving existing services and welcoming new members as we continue to grow.”
During the business portion of the meeting, Eric Chrisinger, Kim Sponem, and Tom Young were declared directors.
At the organization meeting held immediately after the annual meeting, the four board members that make up the executive committee were determined. They are Chairman Greg Hilbert of Fox Communities Credit Union; Vice Chairman Kim Sponem of Summit Credit Union; Secretary Ronald Vogel of Fort Community Credit Union; and Treasurer James Schrimpf of Brewery Credit Union.
