According to an online survey conducted by UtahBusiness magazine, the $3 billion Mountain America CU is the state's “most admired” company.
|The survey – “People's Choice: Utah's Most Admired Companies” –was conducted via social media sites and consisted of 104 companiesin total. Mountain America gained the highest vote, with more than10% of the total number of votes cast.
|“Heading the list of Utah's most-admired companies is a terrifichonor and responsibility,” said Sterling Nielsen, president/CEO ofMountain America in South Jordan. “Our challenge now is to continueto improve and exceed the current expectations of our members.”
|Mountain America has 71 branches in five states and has recentlybeen expanding in states such as Idaho.
