Compliance solutions specialist Continuity Engine has added another former credit union industry veteran from Open Solutions Inc. Mickey Goldwasser will be the New Haven, Conn., company's senior vice president of marketing, responsible for its marketing, communications and public relations activities. Goldwasser had been with health-care technology provider Eclipsys Corp. but prior to that was with Open Solutions for 13 years, most recently as vice president of product marketing and communications. "His understanding of the market, the needs of our clients and our industry will further strengthen our ongoing efforts," said Andy Greenawalt, founder and CEO of Continuity Engine who also founded Perimeter eSecurity. His two-year-old company's flagship product, Control, delivers compliance automation in an SaaS environment for credit unions and community banks. Other former Open Solutions executives at Continuity Engine include Pete Halenar, its senior vice president of alliances and business development, and board member Michael Nicastro, now president of the Central Connecticut Chambers of Commerce.
