Neighbors Federal Credit Union, Baton Rouge, La., announced the hiring of Trey Castleberry as vice president-marketing. Castleberry joins Neighbors with over 10 years marketing experience in the finance, tourism and retail industries.

Heritage Federal Credit Union, Newburgh, Ind., announced the hiring of Amanda Koester as the branch manager of its recently opened Vogel Road branch in Evansville. Koester joins Heritage FCU from FORUM Credit Union in Indianapolis where she was a branch manager. Koester has experience in branch management, lending, accounting, electronic services and teller experience.

SPIRE Federal Credit Union, Falcon Heights, Minn., announced the hiring of Stan Edwards as vice president of business services. Edwards has 29 years of extensive experience in commercial real estate, land development and branch management.

Blackhawk Community Credit Union, Jamesville, Wis., announced the hiring of two employees. Michael Cruse was hired as executive vice president. Cruse was most recently vice president at Norte Dame Federal Credit Union but has spent more than two decades in executive positions at various financial institutions. Jeff Horne was hired as chief financial officer. Horne was most recently a financial consultant for Rexnord Industries and has spent 12 years in the financial industry.

Vantage West Credit Union, Tucson, Ariz., announced the promotion of Autumn Bradley-Dinkel to vice president, sales and market manager. Bradley-Dinkel had been at Vantage West for a year and was hired as sales training manager. Bradley-Dinkel has more than 10 years experience in sales, development and training.

White Crown Federal Credit Union, Denver, Colo., announced that Kerry Spradling was been appointed as the new president/CEO. Spradling has held various top positions in the credit union industry for the past 17 years and has experience in lending and sustaining a sales and service culture.

Los Angeles Federal Credit Union, Van Nuys, Calif., announced the hiring of Michele Megill as vice president of branch operations and communications. Megill joins Los Angeles FCU after most recently serving as vice president of sales and service at American First Credit Union. Megill is a Credit Union Executive Society certified chief executive.

Washington State Employees Credit Union, Olympia, Wash., announced the hiring of Sharon Whitehead as senior vice president of administration. Whitehead joins Washington State Employees after a 30-year career in state government. Whitehead most recently served as the CEO for the Washington State Department of Licensing and previously served as deputy director for the Washington State Department of Personnel. At Washington State Employees Whitehead will lead the human resources & training departments and oversee the community outreach and public relations efforts.

Redwood Credit Union, Santa Rosa, Calif., announced the appointment of Michelle Daunch as branch manager of its recently opened Cloverdale branch. Daunch has been at Redwood since 2002 and most recently served as branch manager at the Windsor branch. Daunch has nearly 10 years of financial services experience. Daunch will oversee all aspects of the Cloverdale branch and will continue her involvement in business development, community relations and local volunteerism efforts.
