WASHINGTON-The Federal Reserve Board announced that five new members will join its Thrift Institutions Advisory Council, including another credit union representative. Visions Federal Credit Union (Endicott, N.Y.) President and CEO Frank E. Berrish was named one of the new members of the TIAC for a two-year term beginning Jan. 1, 2006. Already seated on the board is San Antonio Federal Credit Union President and CEO Jeff Farver. His term expires at the end of 2006.
