With everyone being time-starved and job stress at an all time high, an Oxford Health Plans Wellness in the Workplace Survey reveals a few unconventional methods some employers are implementing to help staffers relax, relate and release: 13% of American workers have access to an employer provided meditation room of which 55% use. 15% of American workers are allowed pets in the workplace and 52% actually bring in their pets. 6% of American workers say that their employer pays for employee massages and 60% of employees participate in massages performed in the workplace. 18% of American workers have access to an exercise facility either at their place of business or through a company-paid health club membership program and 72% take advantage of it.
