Norlarco Figure Found Drowned in New Jersey

The Ocean County prosecutor's office in New Jersey confirmed yesterday that a drowning victim discovered by a passerby Monday night in Manasquan Inlet is Frank D'Alessandro, a Fort Myers real estate broker and defendant in a series of suits involving Norlarco Credit Union of Fort Collins, Colo. under NCUA conservatorship.
