Troubled Debt Restructuring Proposed Rule Approved by NCUA: Onsite Coverage

The NCUA board approved a rule Thursday requiring FCUs to have written loan workout policies and calculate and report troubled debt restructuring loan delinquency based on restructured contract terms.
