Delta Community Credit Union confirmed that is has reached an agreement in a breach of contract suit with a real estate developer, who received a judgment earlier this year for $75.4 million.

I became interested in credit unions and cooperatives because they are business models that promote economic justice. I was looking for alternative to the traditional banking system that today appears solely to focus on profits over people.

The $394 million Kellogg Community Federal Credit Union has partnered with Kalamazoo Loaves & Fishes on a billboard campaign to help raise funds for the organizations Food is Fuel Kids Campaign.
