Shazia Manus to start a new position with CUNA Mutual Group's AdvantEdge Analytics.
CO-OP Financial Services said Wednesday its Chief Product and Strategy Officer Shazia Manus is leaving the Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.-based CUSO to start a new position with CUNA Mutual Group's AdvantEdge Analytics, a data and analytics service.
In her new role as chief strategy and business development officer at AdvantEdge Analytics in Madison, Wis. Manus will be responsible for go-to-market and product strategy, customer experience, strategic partnerships and acquisitions.

"Shazia played a critical role in the integration of TMG and CO-OP as well as built an incredibly strong product team and strategy that is crucial to realizing the strategy and vision of CO-OP," said Todd Clark, president/CEO of CO-OP. "We know in her new role she will continue to make a positive impact for the broader movement."
Manus served as the CUSO's chief product and strategy officer for about a year after TMG merged into CO-OP in 2017. Manus was CEO of TMG for more than five years. She also served as president/CEO of the $422 million Greater Iowa Credit Union in Ames, Iowa.
The search for Manus' replacement is underway.
Clark also announced that CO-OP's Executive Vice President Jim Hanisch will transition into a new role as president of the CO-OP Network to execute the strategy of the shared branching and ATM networks.
"As many of you know, one of Jim's numerous contributions to CO-OP's expansion over the years has been playing an integral part in the company growing from a California ATM network to a nationwide payments and technology leader," Clark said. "As we continue to invest in our CO-OP ATM network and work to grow CO-OP shared branch, Jim is the absolute best we have to lead this incredibly important effort on behalf of CO-OP, and all of you who depend on our network assets to provide superior service to your members."
