Citizens State Bank of Ontonagon, Mich. announced today that itintends to sell its assets and liabilities to Honor Credit Union ofBerrien Springs, Mich.

Pending regulatory approval, Citizens will become part of HonorCredit Union, which has almost $735 million in assets.
