Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union, Poughkeepsie, N.Y.,  announced that Chelen L. Reyes has been named vice president of retail delivery and marketing, reporting to President/CEO Mary D. Madden. In his new role, Reyes will be responsible for the credit union's branches and telephone contact center, marketing and research, financial services, and the Insurance Agency of the Hudson Valley. Reyes has over 15 years of financial services experience, serving most recently as chief marketing officer for Suffolk Federal Credit Union in Medford, N.Y. He earned a master's degree in management from The Asian Institute of Management and his bachelor's degree in management from De La Salle University's College of St. Benilde, both in the Philippines.

St. Mary's Bank, Manchester, N.H., announced the appointment of David Stoddard to residential loan originator.  Stoddard brings more than 10 years of mortgage origination experience to St. Mary's Bank.  His experience has been in southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts, holding relevant positions with mortgage companies and a credit union. Prior to joining St. Mary's, he was a senior loan officer in Manchester. Stoddard holds a bachelor's degree in finance and public relations from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.

Numerica Credit Union, Spokane Valley, Wash., announced that Nichole Dahl Ryan was hired as the cash management sales manager. She has worked in the banking industry for over 12 years, most recently at AmericanWest Bank as a treasury management consultant. Curt Fuller was also recently hired as a business services relationship officer. Fuller has worked in the banking industry for 26 years, spending the first 21 years with large, national financial institutions in various lending and managerial positions. He most recently was employed by Banner Bank as a vice president/relationship manager in the Spokane Commercial Loan Center. Fuller has a bachelor's degree in business administration from EWU, where he is currently a director on the university's Foundation Board.

 

MIDWEST

Purdue Federal Credit Union, West Lafayette, Ind., announced the hiring of Scott Ksander as vice president information technology. In his position, Ksander leads the information technology team and develops innovative, secure banking services for members. A Purdue University graduate, Ksander brings nearly 40 years of information technology experience to the credit union. He previously spent 25 years at Purdue, working in several leadership roles for the office of the vice president for information technology and Purdue University computing center. Ksander also works as an investigative consultant for the Purdue University Police Department and Tippecanoe County Coroner's Office, and has been an invited guest lecturer for several organizations including Ball State University, Krannert School of Management and the Indiana Correction Association.

Summit Credit Union, Madison, Wis., promoted Nicole Kane to mortgage loan officer at the credit union's Fitchburg branch. Kane brings more than a decade of experience in financial services to her new role.  She has been with Summit since 2008, most recently as an assistant branch manager at the financial's Downtown and Hill Farms branches. Prior to that, she was financial service adviser at Summit's Rimrock Road branch. 

US Federal Credit Union, Burnsville, Minn., announced the promotion of Brandon Sauer to assistant vice president/director of mortgage and consumer lending. Sauer will provide leadership to USFCU's mortgage, consumer lending and consumer underwriting departments. Sauer has more than 12 years of experience in lending and branch operations.

CO-OP Financial Services, Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., has named Rob Goodwin as regional sales manager, responsible for marketplace development of CO-OP products and services in seven states in the Northeast. Goodwin joins CO-OP from Covera Card Solutions, where he worked for eight years. Prior to joining Covera, he worked for the New Jersey Credit Union League, developing business relationships throughout the state. Goodwin earned a bachelor of arts degree at State University of New York at Buffalo, and a master of arts degree from Seton Hall University. 

Credit Union Executives Society, Madison, Wis., announced that Caroline Willard Lane, senior vice president of business development and marketing at CO-OP Financial Services, has accepted an appointment to serve on its board of directors.
