Nine more credit unions have committed to Fiserv Inc. for account processing solutions and other company products, the company said.
The ability to streamline operations through a single technology partner was cited by the new Fiserv customers, the company said. Fiserv said the credit unions also chose other products that included person-to-person, bill pay, online and mobile banking and accounting solutions.
New commitments to the CUSA platform are the $22 million Greater Norwalk Area CU in Norwalk, Conn., and the $13 million Local #170 Teamsters FCU in Worcester, Mass.

New commitments to the Portico platform are the $75 million Connects FCU in Richmond, Va., the $64 million Clinchfield FCU in Erwin, Tenn., and the $26 million Miami FCU in Miami, Fla.
New commitments to the OnCU platform are the $34 million Healthcare Plus FCU in Aberdeen, S.D., and the $13 million Avanti FCU in Watertown, S.D., the $7 million First Choice CU in Lawrence, Mass., and the $4.3 million USDA CU in Des Moines, Iowa.
All nine new customers currently are running on competitive platforms, according to the Callahan & Associates Technology Survey. First Choice CU is a CompuSource Systems client, while USDA CU and Avanta FCU are running on Harland UltraData platforms, and the Greater Norwalk Area FCU is a COCC client, according to the Technology Survey.
Current Open Solutions Inc. customers in that list are Connects FCU, Healthcare Plus FCU, Local #170 Teamsters FCU and Miami FCU, while Clinchfield FCU is a Bradford-Scott Sharetec Systems customer.
About 2,500 credit unions now run on Fiserv core platforms, the company said.
