Fort Worth City Credit Union is now offering electronic document signing through its home banking page.
The $112 million, 13,500-member Texas institution has deployed the TotaleAtlasWeb solution from Integrated Media Management of Linden, N.J., through the credit union's online banking service from PM Systems Corp. of Chapin, S.C.
IMM said Fort Worth City is the first of its 600 clients to deploy e-signatures this way. Typically, the deployment is over the Web independent of the home banking site.
"We are able to reduce costs, enhance workflow and maintain compliance while providing a greater level of service and convenience to our membership," said Zane Archer, network administrator for the single-branch credit union.
The IMM application joins Wycom's as one of two e-signature solutions that PM Systems now offers through its app store, said Robert Broadwell, general manager of the 180-client South Carolina-based home banking and security division of S1 Corp.
