Diane Casey-Landry, American Bankers Association executive vice president and chief operating officer, announced today that she will leave the group at the end of March.

Casey-Landry's departure comes in the wake of former Oklahoma Governor and insurance lobbyist having started as the ABA's president/CEO on Monday.

Casey-Landry was the president/CEO of America's Community Bankers for seven years before the association merged with the ABA. She was a strong opponent of credit unions' efforts to gain more power.
