Branded iPad applications for document processing, signature capture and online enrollment have been rolled out by Integrated Media Management.

The TotaliSign and TotaliEnroll apps extend the mobile functionality of the Linden, N.J., company's widely used TotaleAtlas/Universal Document Presentment platform.

They both connect to a credit union's core processing system to create secure, non-editable PDF documents with embedded signatures, allowing business to be conducted offsite, the company said. Users can review and sign documents on the iPad, and the software keeps track of the process as it proceeds, IMM said.

TotaliSign and TotaliEnroll are accessible via Wi-Fi or 3G using a secure VPN connection to the IMM server, the company said. The iPad client applications must be downloaded from the Apple Store.

"These new applications give users a more portable way to review and sign loan documents as well as complete various enrollment procedures," said Chuck ?Klein, CEO at IMM, which said it now serves about 600 credit unions and interfaces with more than 20 core processors.
