FedComp, a provider of core processing and related services to small credit unions, said it has created a new Relationship Management Department.
The Fairfax, Va., company said it has allocated "significant resources" to the new department which it said will aim to use technology and company expertise to help its clients "organize, automate and synchronize business processes."
Derrick Smith, FedComp president, said, "This team is designed to create a true partnership with our credit unions, complementing not just their efforts at data processing but technology utilization in general, along with operations, compliance and strategic issues."
