Local Government Federal Credit Union, Raleigh, N.C., announced the re-election of Bill Coward, Frances Efird and Paul Miller to its board of directors. Coward has been a credit union member since 1991 and was elected to the board of directors in 1998. Efird has been a member since 1994, serving on the board since 1995.
