Bill Bynum, CEO of the Enterprise Corporation of the Delta, the sponsoring organization for the $122 million Hope Community Credit Union, will be among the leaders to testify before the House Financial Services Committee on March 9.
The committee's hearing will examine Community Development Financial Institutions and their work and role in lower income communities, the committee said. Other witnesses will include representatives from the U.S. Treasury Department and its CDFI Fund as well as other CDFI leaders from around the country.
