All three NCUA Board members and several other regulators as well as key lawmakers on issues related to credit unions will speak at NAFCU's Congressional Caucus, which runs from Monday through Wednesday at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Washington.

NCUA Chairman Debbie Matz is scheduled to give her first speech since taking office last month during the session on Monday, Sept. 21. Other speakers that day include Acting Federal Housing Finance Agency Director Edward DeMarco and Sen. Mike Johanns (R-Neb.), a member of that chamber's Banking Committee. CNN commentator Donna Brazile will give the keynote address. At that day's luncheon session, financial services consultant Rob Johnson will discuss stress testing.

At the Sept. 22 session, NCUA Board Members Michael Fryzel and Gigi Hyland will speak as will Small Business Administration Administrator Karen Mills. Senate Banking Committee member Jeff Merkley (D-Ore.) and House Majority Whip Jim Clyburn (D-S.C.) are slated to speak as are the following members of the House Financial Services: Spencer Bachus (R-Ala.), the panel's ranking member, Rep. Jim Himes (D-Conn.), Rep. Greg Meeks (D-N.Y.) and Rep. Paul Kanjorski (D-Pa.), and Rep. Ed Royce (R-Calif.), and David Scott (D-Ga.). House Small Business Committee member Yvette Clarke (D-N.Y.) is also scheduled to speak.

At the Sept. 23 session, Federal Housing Administration Commissioner David Stevens will speak as will Senate Banking Committee members Bob Corker (R-Tenn.) and David Vitter (R-La..). The following House Banking Committee members will speak: Joe Baca (D-Calif.), Luis Gutierrez (D-Ill.), Jeb Hensarling (R-Texas), Brad Miller (D-N.C.), Randy Neugebauer (R-Texas), Ed Perlmutter (D-Colo.), and Tom Price (R-Ga.). House Small Business Committee member Sam Graves (R-Mo.) is also scheduled to speak.
