Fifty-five credit unions around the country have signed on with CO-OP Financial Services' flagship offering, the surcharge-free ATM network.
CO-OP announced that this brings the number of new contracts to more than 100 for the year so far.
"Widespread dissatisfaction with banks is providing credit unions with an outstanding opportunity to attract new members," said Stan Hollen, CO-OP's president/CEO. "CO-OP products give members multiple ways to conveniently access their credit union accounts, contributing to the strong credit union story of financial stability, better loan and yield rates and superior service, while helping to dispel myths about credit union convenience."
