NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. — For the second time in as many years, NACUSO has linked up with the Bank Insurance & Securities Association for a credit union roundtable that will cover a number of investment related topics.
The second annual roundtable will take place Sept. 9-10 at the La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, Calif. The session follows BISA's (www.bisanet.org) community and regional bank forum, scheduled for Sept. 6-9.
Credit union roundtable topics include the challenges of implementing a fee-based/advisory model, collaboration credit union modeling for insurance and trust service business channels and preparing for a regulatory audit by a non-broker dealer program. Guy Messick, legal counsel for NACUSO, will wrap up the session with a roundup of the latest credit union legal and regulatory issues.
