ST. LOUIS -- Enterprise Car Sales and NewGround, a designcompany have joined to promote credit union member interest inspecial used car values through a digital signage graphicsprogram.

Available to credit unions nationwide, the digital contentincludes high-tech animated images and information developed byNewGround (www.newground.com) exclusively for Enterprise Car Sales.The images are designed to attract the attention of members whilethey are doing business inside the credit union and aid employeesin cross selling. According to studies conducted by NewGround, onaverage, 75% of members recall seeing content shown on digitalsignage inside a branch.

"Digital signage is highly effective in its ability to attractattention and spur interest in promotions, products and services,"said Jim Kueneke, senior vice president of NewGround's RetailDivision. "Our partnership with Enterprise Car Sales ensures creditunion employees will have a successful sales tool to providemembers with the latest information on used car values."

American Airlines Federal Credit Union, a client of bothEnterprise Car Sales and NewGround, has been using digital signagesince 2002 and currently has LCD screens in 36 of its 42 locationsnationwide. Pedro Noda, eMarketing Manager and Web Master forAmerican Airlines FCU Pedro Noda said Enterprise's partnership withNewGround is beneficial.

"Digital signage is an effective and cost efficientcommunications tool," said Noda. "When Enterprise announces a salesevent at a local branch, we can easily produce a customized screenand scrolling messages at the bottom of the screen at that branchto alert members about the special values that will beoffered."
