BROOKFIELD, Wis. — Fiserv Inc. is offering a new adoption marketing program to users of its Paytraxx bill pay service.
The program includes an online tutorial that walks consumers through the service, explaining how it works and promoting its benefits. Paytraxx clients link to the demo from their online banking Web sites.
Free to all Paytraxx clients, the program also includes sample print materials such as statement inserts, newspaper ads, direct mail postcards and lobby displays. Credit unions can add their own logos and photography to the material or have that done by Beavercreek Marketing of Grand Island, Neb., Fiserv's partner in the adoption marketing program.

Fiserv also recently added several new features to the Paytraxx solution, including expedited payments, business bill payment services, and account-to-account transfers.
The company says it has signed 214 new Paytraxx clients since January and now has more than 650 users of the service, which features tight integration with other Fiserv products and services.
"Bill pay services are most beneficial when there is widespread adoption of the offering among the financial institution's customer base," says Kim Killingsworth, business line president for Fiserv's Paytraxx.
"We expect this compelling suite of marketing support tools, combined with our ongoing development efforts, to enable us and our clients to continue to experience steady market momentum for the Paytraxx bill pay solution," Killingsworth says.
