FORT WORTH, Texas — American Airlines Federal Credit Union recently celebrated the grand opening of a new branch facility at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport.
The celebration included a ribbon cutting ceremony and reception that was attended by more than 500 guests and the media.
The new branch, located in International Terminal 8, provides a convenient facility to serve American Airlines, American Eagle and other air transportation employees working at the airport.

"We've come a long way since our humble beginnings in a tiny facility on the ramp level some 15 years ago," said AA Credit Union President/CEO John Tippets. "This new facility stands as a testament to the dedication of this New York team to support our member-owners in reaching their financial goals."
The full service branch, designed to meet the lending, new account and depository needs of potential and existing members, provides a 24-hour ATM, a spacious lobby area, and improved handicap accessibility. Located next to the airport employee bus stop, the branch is especially convenient for members working at JFK.
