Melvin Mizelle also was re-elected to a three-year term as treasurer. Dave Carmichael, Bettye Machen and Carl Atkinson have retired as directors on the board and now have the distinct honor of becoming the first members appointed to the new board emeritus position. Machen and Atkinson previously served as chairman of the board.
