Penny Gets in Touch With Younger Members

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Reaching younger members with products that suit there needs is an important aspect of membership growth. With this in mind, Jeannette Penny has been named the student loan coordinator at Memphis Area Teachers' Credit Union.
As the student loan coordinator, Penny is responsible for receiving and processing loan applications, counseling and educating students on loan financing, and calling on school counselors and other administrators to promote the student loan program and tuition aid availability that MATCU offers.
Penny attended Northwestern State of Louisiana and also received certification at the Republic Mortgage Insurance Company in Appraisal Underwriting.
