PASADENA, Calif. — For Wescom Credit Union the third time really is the charm when it comes to insurance agency acquisitions.
Its insurance CUSO Wescom Insurance Services has acquired the Grentner & Litzinger Insurance Agency.
The move marks the third insurance company acquisition for Wescom since 2004. In December 2005, WIS acquired the Lopez Insurance Agency, Inc. and in November 2004, Wescom purchased Hallmark Insurance.

Grentner & Litzinger Insurance Agency will become part of WIS and continue to operate from its existing facilities in La Palma, Calif. The property and casualty insurance company offers a range of insurance products that include auto and home.
