LAS VEGAS — TFactor Inc. says it has upgraded its flagship e-learning and corporate university infrastructure solution.

The Las Vegas-based company's KnowledgePortal360 now includes new authoring tools that allow employees without programming skills to build courses and content, a survey management tool for quick feedback and new training tracking and management tools.

“We have added features to give organizations a '360-degree' learning management capability. Clients can create courses and surveys, and manage Web-based, classroom, and instructor-led training,” says TFactor President Terry Omojola.

He says KnowledgePortal360 has evolved into a “full-circle” training content creation and delivery system.

A variety of organizations use TFactor's e-learning and online training solutions, including SCE Federal Credit Union in El Monte, Calif., CoastHills FCU in Lompoc, Calif., Fiscal Credit Union of Los Angeles and Los Angeles Police FCU, the company says.
