LENEXA, Kan. — TruHome Solutions, LLC, a multi-owned CUSO that provides mortgage services for credit unions in the Kansas City area, has added another piece to its mortgage offerings. Created in 2004 as a collaboration between CommunityAmerica's CUSO One, Lenexa, Kan. and CU Holding Company, Kansas City, Mo., TruHome Solutions has added TruHome Realty Solutions in partnership with CU Realty, Scottsdale, Ariz., which is partly owned by Members Gateway. TruHome Solutions is also in the process of finalizing a partnership with an existing local title company in which the CUSO will be the majority owner with rights to buy out.
The newest addition to TruHome Solutions is part of the company's objective to offer CUs more opportunity to control the mortgage lending relationship with members.
