The NAFCU Foundation's Hurricane Katrina Relief Foundation was set up in the wake of the massive storm to benefit the American Red Cross. A contribution of $168,751.55-coming from NAFCU members and staff, corporate sponsors, credit unions and other avenues-was presented to Jennifer Stokes, director of annual campaigns in the development department of the American Red Cross by NAFCU President Fred Becker.
