WINSTON SALEM, N.C. – Truliant Federal Credit Union has tapped Chapel Hill marketing and branding firm Jennings as its agency-of-record. Jennings, a full-service marketing communications agency, will provide integrated branding for Truliant, including research and marketing, advertising, public relations and Web site refinement. “The main reason we selected Jennings is their demonstrated track record of quickly gaining insight into the mindset of the target audience,” said Ginger Salt, senior vice president, marketing for Truliant. “That insight establishes a strong foundation for compelling advertising that speaks to our audience. That knowledge, along with their understanding of our member-first philosophy, made Jennings stand out from the rest.” The agency has begun work on research with Truliant leadership, staff and members, to launch a new four-state advertising campaign this year.
