ALEXANDRIA, Va.-As 2006 swings into action, so does the NCUA Board's calendar. The agency's next board meeting will be Jan. 19 and is generally the third or fourth Thursday of the month. As is tradition, however, there will be no NCUA Board meeting in August as all of Washington, D.C. seemingly goes on recess with Congress.
