MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union staffers not only opened their wallets to help Hurricane Katrina relief efforts but also their time. Credit union staffers helped wherever they could during a live telethon event. In addition, Carolina Trust FCU donated $2,500 to the American Red Cross. The telethon raised more than $210,000 to aid victims in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama ravaged by Hurricane Katrina.
