MIAMI – The CUNA Lending Council Conference provided the backdrop for the council to announce the new members and officers of its executive committee. BECU's Joe Brancucci, VP of product and delivery channel management and chief lending officer was re-elected to a one-year term as council chair. He had reached his term limit as council chair and planned to retire from the executive committee. But Brancucci volunteered to stay on for an additional term due to recent by-law revisions and the retirement of his expected successor Chris Oldag, former council vice chair and senior VP of Lending for Patelco CU, from the council's executive committee. Philip Greer, SVP of loan administration for State Employees' CU, Raleigh, N.C., is the council's new vice chair. Lloyd Gil, EVP and chief lending officer for City County CU, Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., is the secretary/treasurer. Both Greer and Gil will serve one-year terms. In addition to Oldag, other retiring council board members include: Herb Behrens, director of mortgage lending, Baxter CU; and Sharon Gaugler, VP of lending, A Plus FCU. In addition to Greer, new additions to the executive committee include: Vicki Lovett, VP of loan operations, Suncoast Schools FCU; and Suzanne Picard, SVP, lending and operations and chief operating officer, CommonWealth Central CU. Bonnie Doolin, SVP of business development, Massachusetts Credit Union League, was named League liaison for the council. Rounding out the board are: Allan Stevens, VP and senior lending officer, Franklin Mint FCU; Claire Ippoliti, VP of lending, Philadelphia FCU; Shannon VanSickler, VP of real estate lending, Air Academy FCU; Mark Wilburn, chief lending officer, 66 FCU; and Dana Rawlings, SVP and chief operations officer, Smart Financial CU.
