CHERRY HILL, N.J.- Even as much of the rest of the broader credit card industry seeks to rake in additional funds with progressively higher fees, the $33 billion Commerce Bank has begun issuing no fee Visa cards. That means no annual fee, no over-limit fees, and no late fee as well as no fees for cash advances or balance transfers. The new credit card also enables customers to earn triple "Visa Extras Rewards Points" for every purchase made. The rewards points can be redeemed for a variety of gift certificates, products and services at major retailers, restaurants, movie theaters, travel agencies and more. The no-fee Visa credit card also carries a low introductory annual percentage rate of 2.99% for six months. After the introductory period, the rate reverts to prime plus 3.99%.
