Provident Credit Union, Redwood Shores, Calif., longtime member and board director Phillip Capitolo has died at the age of 73. During his 34-years of service Capitolo served as board chairman twice and applied his experience in the education and credit union fields to help Provident CU grow. Capitolo is survived by his wife of 43 years Lavon, and his five sons and their families.
