FORT JACKSON, S.C. – Its roots have been firmly planted in the military community for more than 60 years, but a new name aims to make Fort Jackson Federal Credit Union more inclusive. The $356-million credit union is now known as AllSouth Federal Credit Union, said Bill Koehler, president/CEO. Residents in the Columbia area and four counties here are eligible to join. Employees at 320 companies are currently members of the credit union. AllSouth has 92,400 members. AllSouth FCU is the fifth largest CU in the state.
