Fort Bliss Federal Credit Union, President/CEO Kelly Cooke has announced he will retire. Cooke will be relocating to Taos, N.M. and will continue to be involved with credit unions as a consultant for Cooke/Andres, Inc. San Antonio Federal Credit Union, has promoted the following employees: Kris Franckowiak to first vice president/assistant director of human resources; Al Fernandez to assistant vice president; and Yvonne de la Rosa to assistant vice president.
