AUSTIN, Texas – Scott & White Employees CU President/CEO Gary Janacek has been appointed to a six-year term on the Texas CU Commission by Texas Governor Rick Perry. The nine-member commission, composed of five public and four industry members, supervises the Texas CU Department, which regulates state CUs in Texas. Janacek is a past president of the Central Texas Chapter of CUs and Texas Chapter Presidents Association, as well as a past chairman of the Texas CU League and of Southwest Corporate FCU.
