Transims Federal Credit Union, Schectady, N.Y. members have approved a merger with Sunmark Federal Credit Union effective July 1, 2003. All Transims employees will be offered employment with Sunmark. The combined credit union under the Sunmark name will have over $310 million in assets and serve more than 42,000 members. Iowa National Guard Credit Union, Johnston, has merged with Greater Iowa Credit Union.
