RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. – Credit Union Lending and Harland Financial Solutions have become a little closer. Credit Union Direct Lending and Harland Financial Solutions completed their work on the ULTRADATA Systems' Call Center Interface, an enhancement that will electronically transfer data from CUDL Workflow Manager to ULTRADATA's Call Center, allowing CU staff to save time processing financing applications and maximize member service. The CUDL Workflow Manager allows CUs participating in CUDL's program to receive automated, electronic application files whenever a member applies for financing at a CUDL auto dealership. It also improves the application tracking process. After the CU funds the CUDL application in Workflow manager, financing and pertinent vehicle data can be electronically transferred directly to the ULTRADATA call center, eliminating the need for faxes and the manual re-keying of data. CUDL said the new product and its capabilities "will increase the potential for credit unions to cross-sell more products and enable them to gain entry into the indirect lending market."
