<p>WALTHAM, Mass. – Fulfillment Plus, Inc., a provider of customer relationship management, teleservices and fulfillment services, has developed a web-enabled call center recording system that creates a permanent voice record of inbound and outbound call center calls. The FFP system includes order processing, customer support, order fulfillment, and consumer promotions. Here’s how it works, once the consumer has agreed to have the conversation recorded the rep activates the recording system through the PC. The voice recordings are electronic voice files which are directly attached to the customer’s record, are easily retrieved, and can be accessed and played right on the computer.
