The $1.6 billion Baxter Credit Union is moving the processing of debit transactions that require a personal identification number to PSCU Financial Services, the processing CUSO has announced.

The biggest data breach ever so far may not bring any new direct card innovations, such as implanting a chip in a card and requiring a separate personal identification number, but it is encouraging innovation in the way cards are managed.
