PORTSMOUTH, N.H. -- In a continuation of its strategy begun a year ago to open seven branches in New Hampshire Wal-Mart Stores, Service Credit Union said it is holding a ribbon cutting ceremony Friday for its sixth full service facility inside a store in Epping.
