Indiana Members Credit Union hosted their second annual fundraising murder mystery dinner to benefit the Indiana Members Foundation for local schoolchildren.

Twenty five Hawaii credit unions have now signed on to a statewide disaster relief effort, “Aloha for Japan,” led by Gov. Neil Abercrombie and demonstrating again that Hawaii feels the impact of the catastrophe more than any other state.

Marc Rapport, longtime technology correspondent for Credit Union Times, is now joining the staff full-time as Web editor.

Autoland Inc. said that for each vehicle purchased through the car-buying CUSO, it will donate a portion to assist those impacted by the earthquake and tsunami in Japan.

The proposed trade group combining Arizona, Colorado and Wyoming credit union leagues has settled on a new name: Mountain West Credit Union Association.
