The COVID-19 pandemic brought about dramatic changes in the world of business apps, as employers adapted to the new realities of remote work, a new report said.

The “Business at Work, 2020” report was released by Okta, a software company that specializes in identity management and provides software for more than 9,400 companies. For the report, Okta compiled data on app usage in 2020 by the various companies it works with.
