NAFCU converted its annual Congressional Caucus, which usually takes place in Washington, D.C., to a virtual event, the credit union trade association announced Tuesday. It's scheduled to stream live for credit union leaders across the U.S. from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time on Monday, Sept. 14 and Tuesday, Sept. 15.

"NAFCU is proud to announce that our 2020 Congressional Caucus event will take place virtually," NAFCU EVP of Government Affairs and General Counsel Carrie Hunt said in a news release. "Amid the pandemic, NAFCU and credit union leaders will join together to push our bold advocacy agenda forward to deliver strong results for our industry and its 121 million members. Attendees should also expect to hear from prominent Washington officials and policymakers while learning how these decision makers will help shape the future in Washington."
